Soapbox is a company that sells personal care items such as; shampoo & conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap, and bar soap. All of their products are made in the USA and are cruelty-free, vegan, and made using only natural ingredients. Soapbox is also a one-for-one company, meaning that for every product purchased, one bar of soap is donated to someone in need. There’s also a code on every product purchased that you can enter on their website so you can see where your donations are going and who it’s helping.

Soapbox Strength & Body Shampoo & Conditioner

This shampoo and conditioner, featuring bamboo extract, smells very fresh and clean. Bamboo extract is great for strengthening your hair and keeping it moisturized. I’ve only been using it for a short period of time but I can already feel the difference in my hair. It feels so much softer and smoother.

With ingredients like fair-trade shea butter, jojoba oil and aloe your tresses will feel deep moisture with every wash. Our haircare line is free from SLES, SLS, parabens and is color-safe. Nourish your hair with oils that tame frizz (argan), lock-in hydration (coconut), cleanses build-up (tea-tree), strengthens strands (bamboo)and detoxifies your washing routine(charcoal). These shampoos and conditioners will leave your hair feeling and looking its best.

Soapbox Gentle Moisture Body Wash

This is officially going to be my new go-to body wash. I just love the way it makes my skin feel. It has ingredients to keep your skin feel hydrated and fresh and clean. It’s thick and it smells amazing and it does an awesome job at hydrating and moisturizing my skin.

With ingredients like fair-trade shea butter and soothing aloe vera, our body washes will keep your skin glowing and hydrated throughout the seasons. These soaps are free from parabens and contain naturally-derived oils to combat dry/dull skin. Revive your skin with citrus & peach rose, gently moisturize with sea minerals & blue iris, experience deep moisture with coconut milk & sandalwood and nourish your skin with vanilla & lily blossom. These body washes will leave your skin feeling pampered and plush after each wash.

Soapbox Nourishing Moisture Liquid Hand Soap

Like all the other products that I have tried from Soapbox, the liquid hand soap smells so good. It’s coconut and sandalwood scented and it contains ingredients to keep your hands moisturized as well as clean. I also love that packaging, it looks so pretty sitting on the bathroom counter.

Removing daily grime from your hands is a must for hand soap, but that shouldn’t mean stripping away moisture. These hand soaps are packed with hydrating shea butter and aloe Vera to make sure your hard-working hands are not worked too hard with every wash. Our liquid hand soaps are also free from parabens. Let the naturally-derived oils in our soaps revive (citrus & peach rose), gently moisturize (sea minerals & blue iris), nourish (vanilla & lily blossom), deeply moisturize (coconut milk & sandalwood) and restore (pomegranate & plum) your skin.

Soapbox Bar Soap

I am not a big bar soap person because I hate that filmy feeling bar soaps usually leave on your body. This soap is different though, no gross filmy feeling with this one. Instead your skin is left feeling soft and moisturized.

Lock-in moisture with our shea butter and olive oil-rich bar soaps. These bars will leave your skin feeling hydrated and revived after a relaxing soak in the tub or a quick rinse in the shower. Intensify your moisture experience and exfoliate with coconut milk & sandalwood, gently moisturize with sea minerals & blue iris or revive your skin with

More than 1.8 million children’s lives could be saved with proper hygiene practice using soap. Something as simple as a bar of soap can truly change someone’s life and it’s such a basic commodity to us that the amazing impact of it is often overlooked. Our Co-founder and CEO, David Simnick, started Soapbox because he saw a need that had to be addressed; making soap available to everyone. But not only soap, hygiene education as well. While working as a sub-contractor with U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) he saw a gap, clean water was being provided but soap and hygiene lessons were not. So in 2010, David started Soapbox with his best friend in his college dorm kitchen making the first batch of soap.

Each purchase of our products donates a bar of soap to someone in need and also funds hygiene education taught by the people in the communities we serve. At Soapbox, our mission is to empower people to change the world through everyday, quality purchases. We thoughtfully craft our products to include hand-selected ingredients that result in amazing experiences because we believe you shouldn’t have to give up quality for charity. We’re here to educate and encourage the general masses to become involved in supporting great work simply by making a purchase they already have on their list.

The brand’s mission is to empower people to change the world through everyday, quality purchases. Giving back to those in need should be made easy. For every product sold, we donate a bar of soap to someone in need (either here in the U.S.A. or abroad). Our giving model is built on the foundation of sustainability. We practice sustainable giving by working with local soap makers in the communities we serve when possible. Our purpose is to do as much good as possible and we understand the hurt that can come with taking away jobs from the people we help. We partner with nonprofits that share this same vision to make our giving as impactful as possible. Our partnerships not only provide soap to the communities in need but also support hygiene education, hygiene research, and job opportunities.

Transparency is key and we want our fans to be a part of the giving, that they make possible, from start to finish. That’s why we created our Hope Code. All of our products contain a unique Hope Code on the back of them that consumers can enter on our website. When entered, this code will tell them where their donation went, the aid partner we worked with to make it happen, and the specific project they’re working on.

We have donated bar soaps to the following countries: USA (in local homeless shelters and food pantries), Bolivia, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Fiji, Haiti, Honduras, India, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Somalia, Sudan, Uganda and Zambia.

Overall, I am very happy with all of these products. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to review these products because I have now been introduced to a full line of products that I love and a brand that helps others.
