The brand in fact, opened 2022. The founder was in the insurance industry for 20+ years, but left to care for her dad, who has terminal cancer. However, I wanted to still support my family, and so I started our boutique. We are family owned and operated out of Nashville, Tennessee.
As a mom of four girls, shopping for girls has always been a big part of my life. My encouragement to start this business actually came from my girls. My eldest daughter, a highly rated basketball player, said to me, “Mom, you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” So here we are. In a world that tends to lean on appearances, body type or size, or outward beauty only, I wanted to teach my girls that women are beautiful, smart, successful, powerful, world changers, and they can do anything they set their minds to. They are also so much more than their sexuality. With that in mind, our clothing is modest by most standards.
What does the future hold for the brand, they are going to start a men’s line, footwear and eventually to manufacture their own products.
I also fell in love with their dresses, that you can use as transitional pieces during the year.
