Holiday baking is upon us and that means we find ourselves reaching for our mixer, food processor, and all-purpose flour more often than any other time of year! Baking is on the top of the list of the things to do during the holidays. Selecting the right pan is just as important as making sure that you use the proper ingredients. Cookie Baking Set

Cookies are my favorite dessert to bake, so I’ve gone through my fair share of cookie baking tools to know exactly what works best and I love this set. First and foremost, a set of the good quality cookie sheet is a must. The one in this kit is a wonderful size for baking a dozen cookies. I always allow my baked cookies to cool for five minutes on the cookie sheet and then remove them to the cooling rack. The great thing is this set comes with a rack. This way the bottom of the cookies will get air and cool so we don’t have to deal with soggy bottoms. The ten cutters are perfect for the holidays.
