Sleep is very important to me. I need to be able to get a good night’s sleep and not worry about tossing and turning all night long. That is until I started using Fishers Finery Mulberry Silk Pillowcase and I realized my cheap ‘case was the real culprit behind my sleepless nights.
I know silk pillowcases are nothing new, and women have been using them to keep their hair smooth and sleep better for years, but this particular pillowcase is the one that will finally convince you to switch from cotton to silk if you haven’t already.
On top of how comfortable the satin is, I was surprised by how cool it stayed at night. Think “just flipped to the other side” temperature all night long. This made me more comfortable and able to sleep better at night.
Silk pillowcases will stain more easily than other fabrics. Fishers Finery recommends that you either hand wash or use a delicate cycle for cleaning, preferably in a machine without a center agitator to keep from damaging your pillowcases. But, considering the perks that this silky pillowcase comes with I’m happy to give it a little extra TLC.
