I was stumped on what to get your little ones for Christmas and Hanukkah this year. I’ve assembled a collection of gift ideas for our favorite toys for kids.

I recently reviewed the Tranquil Turtle nightlight by Cloud B. I love this product.

The Tranquil Turtle has a hard plastic shell with a plush head, arms, and legs. It has a soft, plush flap at the bottom which covers the battery pack. To change the batteries you have to unscrew the plastic cover.

The timer functionality is also great as you don’t have to worry about remembering to turn the turtle off.

The turtle lights up the whole room, walls and ceiling. Instead of being bright and colorful and displaying various patterns, the turtle is one color meaning it doesn’t overstimulate. This is a major plus for me. When the turtle is on, the brightness of the light can be adjusted. Even when at its full brightness the turtle is not overpowering.

It is very simple to use and requires minimal effort. It does not need to be plugged into the mains or charged before use. I love the fact that it reflects the ocean, I find this particularly calming and not over-stimulating. This product is suitable from birth and can be used right up to adulthood.

Little Big Friends are multi-sensory animal-themed toys designed to become a child’s favorite companion as well as a parent’s favorite nursery decor.

The Tiny Friends are adorable little animals with a supple and soft texture. They have a funny bell inside. Perfect as soon as baby knows how to handle objects, they will accompany him for a long time in the stories he invents!

Elliot the Seal is a soft music box that will quickly find its place in the nursery. Pleasant to handle thanks to its soft texture and its pretty rounded shapes.

Thank you for checking out my gift guide I hope you can find the perfect gift for your child’s Christmas or Hanukkah in this list of toys and gear we have loved so much.
